As opposed to criminal trials, we are general civil trial lawyers. That means we go to court and try non criminal cases before judges and juries. We have tried cases in every area of law listed on this web page. We have tried cases not described on this web page, but fall generally under the categories of practice described. We don't take or try cases beyond our knowledge and experience. We go to court when going to court is what is needed. If we can handle your case without going to court, and thereby save you money in legal fees, then that is what we are going to do. Our goal is to present your case in the best light possible in an effort to obtain the best possible result (you want).
Since a judge or jury must decide the case, the result is within their sound discretion. We haven't won every case. But we prepared and presented every case to win. We don't accept every case that walks in the door. But we work very hard on the cases we do accept because we feel as strongly about them as our clients. Isn't that what you really want? A lawyer who believes in your case as much as you do.
