I absolutely love advising people how to use the business and tax laws to put more money in their pocket. I still get a thrill when a new client says. "Really, I can do that?" Every business needs a lawyer and a CPA unless the business owner is particularly knowledgeable in one of those areas. It is more profitable to conduct the business you know than the money you think you can save doing your own legal or accounting work.

We get people started in their business by forming the business entity, advising on business and tax law advantages, creating documents necessary to properly use those laws, and helping them along the way as legal needs arise. We seldom charge for quick phone calls from our business clients and encourage them to do so. It is less expensive for us to KEEP YOU OUT OF TROUBLE than to GET YOU OUT OF TROUBLE. (It is less expensive, if not free, to handle something the right way than it is to fix something that wasn't properly handled.) How many professional providers continue to assist the customer for free after the work is done?

We do not advise people on how to market or run their business. We are not licensed tax and/or financial advisors. I do not have an LLM in tax nor am I a CPA. I do keep it simple and straight forward and I am always available to answer my clients concerns or questions or get the answers from a tax professional. Clients will usually only incur our hourly charges for reviewing documents, research, correspondence, negotiations and lawsuits.
